This is a great Superhuman set that will challenge your entire body and mental fortitude. Shoulders, biceps, triceps will get extra attention in this workout. You should attempt to complete this workout in 45 minutes or less. With all workouts stretch and warm up before. Drink plenty of water and keep great form!
